Stronger Together is more than a walk or run—it’s a community movement that brings people together to strengthen mental well-being, build meaningful connections, and empower girls to become Strong, Smart, and Bold.
Hosted by Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley during Mental Health Awareness Month, this inaugural event invites people of all ages and abilities to come together for a morning of movement, encouragement, and community. Whether you choose to walk, jog, volunteer, cheer from the sidelines, or simply enjoy the experience, everyone belongs at Stronger Together.
In a world where so much of life happens behind screens, Stronger Together offers an opportunity to slow down, get outside, and reconnect—with family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and community. Because when we connect with one another, we build stronger families, healthier communities, and brighter futures for everyone.
The event begins at the beautiful Turtle Bay Arboretum and follows a scenic route around Redding’s iconic Sundial Bridge, creating a memorable experience that celebrates both our community and the importance of spending time together. Along the way, participants will enjoy a welcoming atmosphere filled with encouragement, connection, and opportunities to make lasting memories.
Every registration helps support Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley’s research-based programs that inspire girls to be Strong, Smart, and Bold through mentorship, leadership development, academic enrichment, healthy living, and life skills.
