Meet Bryce Etzler: Leader, Lifelong Learner, and Champion for Empowering Others

As Chief Operating Officer of UpState Hearing Instruments, Bryce leads operations, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts across multiple locations.  She is a passionate lifelong learner, she has earned multiple degrees in business along with certifications in several specialized fields. Yet, despite her many professional accomplishments, Bryce considers her greatest achievement to be her son, Callahan.

Bryce is deeply committed to community involvement, leadership development, and empowering others to reach their full potential. As both a mother and a professional woman in leadership, she understands the importance of confidence, resilience, and perseverance.

As a board member of Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley, Bryce is passionate about helping girls discover their strengths, develop their voices, and pursue their dreams with confidence. Her professional expertise, dedication to service, and commitment to empowering the next generation make her an invaluable member of our leadership team.
