At Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley, we are proud to spotlight Hailee, a dedicated member of our Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley team!

Born and Raised in Shasta and Tehama County

Hailee has always been inspired by the ways people learn, grow, and connect. Over the past decade, she’s lived up and down the West Coast, gaining diverse experiences that now shape her work with us. With a background in supporting students from elementary through graduate levels—and community involvement across non-profits, small businesses, and government—Hailee brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to Girls Inc. NSV.

At Girls Inc., Hailee is passionate about creating a supportive environment where girls can discover their potential, build confidence, explore academics, and celebrate their unique strengths.

A Life of Adventure

Outside of work, Hailee enjoys adventuring to new places, finding inspiration in everyday beauty, and spending time with her family. One of her favorite things is working on creative projects with her younger sister—from building to painting to dreaming up new ideas together.
