Meet Amy Cordiale: Championing Youth Growth Through Education and Empathy

At Girls Inc. of Redding, we are proud to highlight the passionate and dedicated individuals who power our mission. We’re excited to introduce Amy Cordiale, one of our exceptional Program Facilitators, whose work is helping shape the next generation of strong, smart, and bold young leaders.

A Passion for Education and Empowerment

A longtime resident of Redding, Amy brings with her a powerful blend of academic knowledge and real-world experience in youth development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Sacramento State University, a foundation that informs her thoughtful, inclusive approach to working with youth.

With over five years of experience in education, Amy has honed her ability to connect with students of all backgrounds, helping them find their voice, build self-confidence, and grow into capable, empowered individuals.

Making a Difference at Girls Inc.

In her role as a Program Facilitator, Amy designs and leads hands-on, engaging programs that support personal development, leadership, and academic achievement for girls in our community. Her work is rooted in empathy, effective communication, and a genuine love for learning—qualities that shine through in every interaction.

Amy is especially passionate about creating inclusive environments where every girl feels heard, valued, and inspired to reach her full potential. Her calm presence and insightful guidance make her a trusted mentor to many.

Life Beyond the Classroom

When she’s not leading transformative programs at Girls Inc., Amy is embracing life outdoors with her husband and two sons. Whether hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, Amy values every moment spent connecting with her family and the world around her.

Her love for exploration, connection, and growth mirrors the values she brings to her work—making her an incredible role model for the youth she serves.
