Meet Board Member Carolina Eva
Meet Caroline Eva: Tech Leader, Outdoor Enthusiast, and Advocate for Girls’ Empowerment
We’re excited to introduce Caroline Eva, a dynamic and thoughtful member of the Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley Board of Directors.
Caroline is the proud mom of two strong, smart, and bold daughters—and she’s deeply passionate about creating a world where all girls can thrive with confidence, courage, and leadership.
Professionally, Caroline is a seasoned HR leader in the tech industry, working remotely from Redding thanks to her company’s cutting-edge collaboration tools. Her background blends high-level business strategy with a personal passion for supporting people and building inclusive workplaces.
Caroline holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from UC Berkeley, where she met her husband—a Redding native who brought her back to the community they now call home. Since returning, Caroline has become a vibrant part of the local fabric.
You’ll often find her:
-
Supporting downtown Redding businesses
-
Discussing books with friends over coffee
-
Hiking, exploring, and adventuring outdoors with her family
Caroline brings a powerful combination of professional expertise, real-world perspective as a parent, and a deep belief in the Girls Inc. mission. Her leadership helps shape programs that show young girls they can lead, achieve, and define success on their own terms.
We’re so grateful to have Caroline on our board, and we’re inspired by the example she sets—at home, in her career, and in our community.
