Meet Tiffany Koopal: Advocate for Authentic Leadership and Girls’ Empowerment

We’re honored to introduce Tiffany Koopal, a passionate board member of Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley and a fierce advocate for girls’ empowerment and authentic leadership.

Tiffany’s journey with Girls Inc. began with a personal outreach from past board president Melanie, whose invitation sparked a connection rooted in shared values and community impact. What inspired Tiffany to join the board was the rare combination of a local nonprofit truly making a difference in girls’ lives and her deep trust in the Girls Inc. NSV team, whose passion and integrity reflect the mission at every level.

As a leader and mentor, Tiffany believes that young girls—especially future leaders—should know from the start that they never need to compromise their principles or play into the politics of leadership to succeed. Her message is clear and powerful:

Tiffany brings a bold and thoughtful voice to the Girls Inc. board, helping shape programs that uplift, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders.
