Meet Pattie Bay: Advocate, Counselor, and Girls Inc. Board Member

We’re thrilled to highlight Pattie Bay, a passionate educator, dedicated counselor, and valued member of the Girls Inc. of the Northern Sacramento Valley Board of Directors.

Pattie serves as a school counselor at Sycamore Elementary, where she supports students’ academic success and emotional well-being. With years of experience in education and counseling, Pattie is deeply committed to helping young people grow with confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self.

Her passion for youth empowerment extends beyond the classroom. As a Girls Inc. board member, Pattie plays a vital role in shaping programs that inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Her professional insight and compassionate leadership help drive the mission forward, ensuring Girls Inc. continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth throughout the region.

Pattie is also deeply rooted in the Redding community, where she finds joy in giving back and creating lasting connections. Outside of her professional work and board service, she loves spending time with her husband, Zach, and their daughter, Aria. Whether it’s playing board games at home or heading out on family bike rides, Pattie values quality time and simple adventures.
